CNN anchor Fareed Zakaria on Monday discussed the escalating U.S.-China economic tensions, questioning whether the U.S. can find its new suppliers for smartphones and computer monitors in the next few months. He also questioned the effectiveness of U.S. restrictions on China's access to advanced technology, noting that Chinese firms like Huawei are producing cutting-edge results at much lower costs. "Could it end up in a better place than if these bans had never been enacted in the first place?" He asked.
