The United States must stop threatening and pressuring China if it wants to resolve tariff issues through talks, said a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson on Tuesday. Commenting on the issue, spokesperson Lin Jian told reporters at a daily press briefing that the U.S. must first create the conditions necessary for talks to take place.
