India and Pakistan have exchanged heavy artillery after India's latest air strikes on Pakistan-controlled Kashmir. At least 26 people were killed. Wang Jin, director of the Center of Strategic Studies at Northwest University in Xi'an, says an all-out war between India and Pakistan is likely, given the escalating crisis.
