How dangerous could rising India-Pakistan tensions be?

05:30

The Indian defense ministry on Wednesday claimed it was conducting strikes on Pakistan and Pakistan-controlled Kashmir, allegedly in response to a terror attack on April 22 in the Pahalgam area of Indian-controlled Kashmir, which left 26 civilians dead. Sourabh Gupta, Asia-Pacific international relations specialist at the Institute for China-America Studies, and Victor Gao, Chair Professor at Soochow University, shared their insights on the rising India-Pakistan tensions.
