Two weeks after a deadly attack on tourists in Pahalgam in Indian-controlled Kashmir, Delhi launched military strikes on targets in Pakistan and Pakistani-administered Kashmir early on Wednesday morning.
India said nine different locations had been targeted in the early hours of Wednesday, claiming these sites were "terrorist infrastructure."
The death toll from Indian missile strikes in Pakistan and firing along the border on Wednesday has risen to 26, the Pakistani military said.
