The year 2025 marks the 10th anniversary of the official launch of the China-Latin America and Caribbean Community (CELAC) Forum. The fourth ministerial meeting will be held in Beijing on May 13.

Moraima Ordoñez, a Mexican student pursuing her master's degree in Chinese law at Peking University, has witnessed firsthand the splendid civilizations and similarities between Mexico and China.
