A huge deal of uncertainty remains with the US-UK trade deal, said Mattia Di Ubaldo, deputy director of the UK Trade Policy Observatory. He said that even with current tariff reductions, Washington could reimpose tariffs anytime if imports are deemed a threat to national security.
