This year marks the 10th anniversary of cooperation of the China-Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) Forum, China will announce major measures to promote the development of China-CELAC relations, with both sides adopting a three-year joint action plan in key areas, said Qiu Xiaoqi, the special representative of the Chinese government on Latin American affairs. He added that these efforts will inject new momentum into bilateral development.
