May is the peak season for Peruvian avocados! Fresh avocados are now filling shipping containers bound for Shanghai – and that's largely being enabled by the Chancay Port. Today we meet Luis Baanante, a Peruvian national that has run a fruit import business for eight years. In Baanante's words, "Chancay has changed many things."
