Raquel Herrera, a Chilean student currently pursuing her Master's degree in Business Administration at Chongqing University, studied Chinese for three years at a Confucius Institute in Chile and received a Chinese government scholarship in 2022 to study in China.

Herrera believes that under the cooperation framework of the China-CELAC (Community of Latin American and Caribbean States) Forum, collaboration among member countries in areas such as international trade, green development and cultural exchange will continue to deepen, leading to more sustainable and inclusive connections among their peoples.
