The 8th annual Chinese Costume Festival has become a cultural beacon for Hanfu enthusiasts. This year's "Hanfu Twin Cities" project takes place in China's Hangzhou and Kazakhstan's Astana against the backdrop of "The Year of China Tourism in Kazakhstan," where silk and Hanfu culture act as bridges to foster cultural understanding between the two countries.
