A signed article by Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi was published in People's Daily on Tuesday ahead of the opening of the fourth ministerial meeting of the China-CELAC (Community of Latin American and Caribbean States) Forum in Beijing. 

Wang, also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, said this year marks the 10th anniversary of the official launch of the China-CELAC Forum. He called on relevant parties to pursue development and revitalization and jointly build a China-Latin America community with a shared future.
