From May 10 to 15, the 9th International Rose Conference and the 12th China Rose Exhibition are being held simultaneously in Mentougou, Beijing. Rachel takes a look around the rose exhibitions, which include rose-inspired cultural products, internationally themed gardens, and  the "Flower Young Life Festival." The event showcases the thriving flower economy in early summer and highlights roses as a cultural bridge between China and the world.
