"The Ways in Patterns: An Immersive Digital Exhibition from the Palace Museum" has opened in Hong Kong. Launched on May 13, this groundbreaking exhibition is the first collaboration between the Hong Kong Palace Museum and the Palace Museum in Beijing.
This immersive exhibition focuses on traditional Chinese patterns, transforming motifs from architecture, porcelain and textiles into multi-sensory digital experiences. As they journey through seven themed zones, visitors can discover the stories and meanings behind centuries-old designs in a contemporary form, bridging time and space.
Running until October 13, the exhibition also offers hands-on workshops where visitors can explore the cultural significance and modern reinterpretation of traditional motifs.
