Recently, renowned American economist Richard Wolff pointed out that China has achieved remarkable development over the past 40 years, providing a new economic development path for developing countries around the world. He further noted that China managed to shake off poverty and become a superpower in just 40 years, an achievement that took the UK four centuries and the U.S. two and a half centuries to accomplish.
