The fourth ministerial meeting of the China-CELAC (Community of Latin American and Caribbean States) Forum took place in Beijing earlier this week. In his keynote speech at the opening ceremony on Tuesday, Chinese President Xi Jinping announced that China will provide 3,500 government scholarships and 10,000 training opportunities over the next three years to CELAC member states, aiming to deepen people-to-people exchanges. Against this backdrop, CGTN's Yang Jinghao spoke with three Mexican cousins who are pursuing traditional Chinese medicine studies in Shanghai to explore how this cultural and educational exchange is shaping their journey.
