As China and Central and Eastern European Countries (CEEC) strengthen their ties, the upcoming 4th China-CEEC Expo in Ningbo continues to serve as a key platform for connection and cooperation. 

Slovenia – a country of stunning lakes, alpine scenery and rich maritime traditions – shines on Europe's southern edge. Its coastal gem, Koper, blends Adriatic charm with a strong port economy and a deep cultural legacy. Since establishing sister-city relations in 2014, Ningbo and Koper have built a dynamic partnership rooted in collaboration, trade and friendship. One sits on the East China Sea, the other on the Adriatic – both are gateways to the world, and both believe in open exchange.

With the expo just around the corner, Ningbo and Koper are poised to take their cooperation even further – from port to port and people to people.
