Ramon van Meer, founder and CEO of Afina, produces a $129 filtered shower head manufactured in China. With tariffs surging, he considered shifting production to the U.S. and conducted a market survey to see whether customers would pay more for products made in America. The results surprised him: not a single customer chose to pay extra for American-made goods.
