Developed in Xi'an and unveiled at the 15th China Airshow, the Jiutian reconnaissance-strike drone is scheduled for its maiden flight in June.
With a maximum takeoff weight of 16 tonnes and a payload capacity of 6 tonnes, it uses a turbofan engine to reach speeds of 700 kilometers per hour and altitudes of up to 15,000 meters.
