The World Health Assembly, the highest decision-making body of the World Health Organization, has adopted a treaty aimed at strengthening global pandemic preparedness. In response to this development, CGTN spoke with Dr Sushma Bhusal from the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, who emphasized that these global health challenges require urgent and coordinated action.
