Feilai Peak in Hangzhou is situated in front of Lingyin Temple. Composed of limestone, it features rugged rocks and deep caves. There are over 340 Buddhist cave statues from the Five Dynasties to the Song and Yuan Dynasties on the mountain, with the Song Dynasty Maitreya statue being the most famous. Beneath the peak, clear streams and towering ancient trees blend natural wonders with religious art. According to legend, it was named after Jigong, who saw through the flying boulder. It is an important part of the cultural landscape heritage of West Lake.
