At the 28th International Commission on Large Dams Congress and the 93rd Annual Meeting in southwest China's Chengdu, experts from around the world emphasized the urgent need for greater global cooperation to develop safer, smarter and more resilient infrastructure in response to growing climate challenges. China's Minister of Water Resources Li Guoying stressed the importance of developing smart dams.
