Guangzhou City, south China's Guangdong Province, is stepping up efforts to optimize its business environment for the tech, cultural and gaming industries, with the South China Copyright Service Hall working to provide copyright training, end-to-end copyright services and financing solutions.

Located in Huangpu District, the Service Hall seeks to leverage its integrated copyright service system and become a powerhouse for cultural, creative, and tech enterprises across the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the surrounding regions.

According to the National Copyright Administration, China recorded over 10.63 million copyright registrations in 2024, a 19.13-percent year-on-year increase. Among them, nearly 2.83 million were for computer software, a 13.31-percent rise from the previous year.
