The Chinese delegation arrived at the 2025 Shangri-La Dialogue ahead of the opening keynote session on Friday. Led by Hu Gangfeng, vice president of the PLA National Defense University, the delegation highlights China's commitment to participating in constructive dialogue platforms. Defense Ministry spokesperson Zhang Xiaogang emphasized that such exchanges help enhance trust, dispel doubts and strengthen cooperation.
