The Peacock Room was conceived as a place to showcase Chinese porcelain 150 years ago. But it found itself at the center of a bitter quarrel about the aesthetics of artwork and how it should be displayed. Over the years, it's moved from city to city, travelling from Britain to the United States and drawing artistic inspiration from across Asia. Nick Harper reports from Washington.
