The head of the State Duma Defense Committee, Andrei Kartapolov, in a comment to RIA Novosti, did not rule out that the blowing up of the bridge in the Bryansk region could have been carried out by Ukrainian saboteurs with the aim of disrupting or complicating as much as possible the negotiations in Istanbul.
