Sunday marks the 17th World Oceans Day and the 18th National Ocean Awareness Day in China. In the lead-up to the occasion, students at a primary school in Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province created ocean-themed art using recycled materials such as plastic bottles and seashells under the guidance of a teacher. The hands-on activity aimed to raise awareness about the importance of marine conservation and to foster a sense of environmental responsibility and care for the natural world.
