The 110,000th China-Europe Railway Express service departed today from the Jiaozhou Cargo Terminal in Qingdao, Shandong Province. The train, carrying more than 10,000 smart home appliances, was bound for Moscow, Russia. Since its inauguration in 2011, the transcontinental rail link has achieved remarkable growth, connecting 229 cities across Europe with more than 100 Asian cities. To date, the service has transported goods worth over $450 billion, enhancing international trade connectivity and supply chain efficiency between Asia and Europe.
