Ahead of the International Day for Dialogue among Civilizations, CGTN's Li Qiuyuan spoke with Professor Grzegorz W. Kolodko, a former deputy prime minister and minister of finance of Poland, about cultural exchanges. Kolodko, currently the director of transformation, integration and globalization economic research at Kozminski University in Warsaw, says more youth exchanges will have a positive impact on political and economic cooperation.
