Full text: Implementation outcomes of the FOCAC Beijing Summit follow-up actions

From June 10 to 12, 2025, the Ministerial Meeting of Coordinators on the Implementation of the Follow-up Actions of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) was held in Hunan. 

During the meeting, China and African representatives conducted a comprehensive review of the implementation of follow-up actions since the FOCAC Beijing Summit in September 2024, as well as engaged in communication and consultation on future plans.

To better present the key achievements and highlights of these follow-up actions, the Chinese side compiled a summary of highly representative outcomes aligned with the ten partnership initiatives. This resulted in a list of 35 outcomes across 10 categories.
