China's International Trade Representative and Vice Commerce Minister Li Chenggang said on Tuesday that it is hoped that progress made at the first meeting of the China-U.S. economic and trade consultation mechanism in London will be conducive to strengthening trust between the two countries for better development of economic and trade ties.
