Chinese toymaker Pop Mart's jewelry brand Popop opened its first global flagship store in Shanghai on Friday. Wang Ning, founder of Pop Mart, attended the opening ceremony.

"We've always wanted to explore more possibilities through different product categories. Jewelry is a key segment we've been eager to develop," Wang said at the event.
According to reports, Popop is targeting the global $50 billion fashion jewelry market. The Shanghai flagship store features accessories based on some popular IPs such as Hirono, Molly, Skull Panda, Crybaby, Labubu, and Star Man, with prices ranging from 319 to 2,699 yuan (about $44 to $376).

As Pop Mart's flagship IP, Labubu has gained popularity among consumers worldwide. The Labubu series boasts diverse and rapidly updated offerings, with its fourth-generation products expected to launch by late 2025 or early 2026.
