Israel's attacks on Iran since Friday have killed at least 78 people, including senior military officials and nuclear experts, in what are Israel's biggest attacks ever against Iran. Two deputy commanders at the Iranian armed forces' general staff were killed in Israeli attacks, Iranian state media reported on Saturday. According to the Israel Defense Forces, nine scientists and experts involved in Iran's nuclear program were killed, raising the figure from a previous toll of six. On the Israeli side, Iran's retaliatory strikes have killed at least three people from Friday into Saturday morning.
