Budding fashion designer Aizhan Beishebaeve and prospective graduate student Rustambek Kyzy Zhazgu, both from Kyrgyzstan, have found more than just a home in China's eastern Shandong Province; they've found a purpose. Like the Chinese builders who have constructed roads and bridges in their homeland as part of the Belt and Road Initiative, they want to further build the friendship between China and Kyrgyzstan.
