Iran launched a fresh missile attack on Israel on Monday night, triggering air raid sirens in central and southern Israel. Israel's air defense system was activated over Tel Aviv, according to the Israeli military.

Explosions were heard in the east of Tehran early on Tuesday morning, and the Iranian air defense system has been activated to intercept aerial targets.
