Huaiji County in south China's Guangdong Province, is grappling with its worst flooding in over a century after Typhoon Wutip unleashed relentless downpours. The Sui River surged to 55.22 meters – 5.22 meters above the danger level – forcing the evacuation of more than 68,000 residents.
