As the conflict between Israel and Iran continues to escalate, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun confirmed on Thursday that around 1,600 Chinese nationals have been evacuated from Iran, along with several hundred from Israel. China has also renewed its call for an immediate ceasefire.
