The attacks primarily targeted the eastern and northeastern parts of the Iranian capital, with loud explosions heard across the city. Neamatzadeh Hosein, a China Media Group correspondent in Tehran, reported that as fear spread through the city, many residents rushed to evacuation points in search of safety.
