Israel's war with Iran entered its second week on Friday, with the Israeli military chief warning of a "prolonged campaign" and Tehran ruling out further nuclear talks with the United States until Israel halts its attacks.

Tehran is ready to "consider diplomacy" again only once Israel's "aggression is stopped," Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said following talks with his European counterparts on Iran's nuclear programme.

U.S. President Donald Trump will decide in the next two weeks whether the U.S. will get involved in the Israel-Iran air war, the White House said on Thursday, raising pressure on Tehran to return to the negotiating table.

Governments around the world are evacuating thousands of their nationals caught in the rapidly escalating Israel-Iran conflict – organizing buses and planes, and in some cases helping people cross borders on foot.
