The 6th Qingdao Multinational Summit opened in east China's Shandong Province on Wednesday. The summit is jointly sponsored by the Shandong Provincial Government and China's Ministry of Commerce, 

Chinese officials and representatives from abroad attended Thursday's opening ceremony, with a report on multinationals in China released displaying the significant role of foreign companies, as well as the dividends they earned in China.
