In an exclusive interview with CGTN, China's Ambassador to Israel Xiao Junzheng provided an update on the status of Chinese nationals in Israel amid ongoing regional tensions. He said the Chinese Embassy has received more than a hundred distress calls, including from students and tourists. Coordinated evacuation efforts are currently underway and approximately 160 out of over 260 Chinese students in Israel have now been moved to safety.
