Live updates: Iran condemns U.S. attacks, vows response

The Israel Defense Forces on Monday issued an evacuation warning to residents of Tehran, telling them to stay away from weapons production centers, military bases and and security institutions since "the Israeli army will continue its attacks on military targets."

Iran said it launched a new wave of missile and drone attacks on Israel early Monday, deploying a combination of solid- and liquid-fuel missiles along with special tactics to "render Israel's air defense ineffective." 

The International Atomic Energy Agency said Monday that Iran's Fordow nuclear site is expected to have very significant underground damage, given the explosive payload utilized and the extreme vibration-sensitive nature of centrifuges.
