Zelesnkyy: An absolutely insane Russian missile strike directly on a lyceum in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, Odessa region. According to preliminary data, it was a ballistic missile strike. There were no children in the lyceum - it's vacation time. But there were lyceum employees. Unfortunately, there may be people under the rubble. Two people have already died.
