Continuous heavy rainfall has recently impacted Rongjiang County in southwest China's Guizhou Province, posing a significant flood threat in several areas. China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) said Wednesday that it has allocated 100 million yuan (about $13.95 million) to assist disaster relief efforts in the province.
