Ministry of Commerce spokesperson He Yadong said at a regular press conference Thursday afternoon that China has always attached great importance to maintaining the stability and security of global production and supply chains.

He added that, in accordance with laws and regulations, China has continuously accelerated its review of export license applications related to rare earths, approved a number of compliant applications, and will continue to strengthen the approval process for such requests. China is willing to further enhance communication and dialogue with relevant countries on export controls and actively promote the facilitation of compliant trade.
