North China's Tianjin Municipality, host city of the 2025 Summer Davos, is positioning itself as a key national hub for artificial intelligence innovation and applications. The Tianjin Artificial Intelligence Computing Center is one of the core engines driving this ambition. In February, the center was connected to the DeepSeek large-scale AI model – one of the first in Tianjin – providing model services to universities such as Tianjin Normal University and multiple enterprises.
