The 17th BRICS Summit is being held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, July 6-7. CGTN invited a young person from BRICS countries to share her views on the mechanism. Aluwani Mavhungu, a student at the University of the Western Cape in South Africa, said that thanks to cultural exchange programs within the BRICS framework, her two friends were able to go to Russia for studies, adding that the BRICS mechanism provides students with better accessible education.
