The Chinese Foreign Ministry on Tuesday reiterated that there are no winners in trade or tariff wars, responding to the latest tariff threats from the U.S. administration.

The response came after U.S. President Donald Trump issued letters on Monday threatening key trading partners with high tariffs – though implementation has been delayed until August 1.
