Heavy rainfall has triggered severe flooding across parts of Texas, with emergency responders working to assist affected communities. The flooding has killed at least 104 people, including more than 20 children. As chances of finding survivors diminish four days after the catastrophic flooding, rescue teams continue scouring the area in search of survivors.
