The 11th Nishan Forum on World Civilizations is underway on July 9 and 10 in Qufu City, east China's Shandong Province. Under the theme of "Beauty in Diversity: Nurturing Understanding Among Civilizations for Global Modernization," the forum has six sub-topics of discussion, including the origin and future development of civilization, the global significance and contemporary value of Confucian culture and the beauty of maturity in the global modernization process.
